We are currently assisting a small MGA to recruit a Compliance Officer who will be responsible for identifying and assessing risk and compliance issues. Duties will include making recommendations and providing support relating to all aspects of the company’s compliance monitoring and implementation.

The role will involve liaison with External Auditors / Tax Consultants / Bankers / Vendors alongside building positive relationships with clients, brokers and other professionals to assist the Group’s CFO in the review and enhancement of internal control processes and procedures. Also the continued monitoring of the Lloyd’s Atlas system, ensuring compliance program implementation per country guidelines, focusing on A&H and Personal online products worldwide. This combined with adhering to legal requirements in relation to FCA, FCA’s GABRIEL, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company. The individual should be highly organised, with excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be an individual that possesses excellent ability to thrive in a sometimes stressful, deadline driven environment while working within a closely-knit team
