An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide advanced level technical computer support to customers through multiple channels including voice, web, and email. Typical responsibilities include password resets and troubleshooting networking, hardware, software, operating system and mobile device issues. Candidates must be fluent in English and German!

This is a full-time opportunity Monday to Friday (8-5pm)

Salary is dependent on experience.

The day-to-day

You will be responsible for incoming requests, support and update applications as required, replace broken hardware with spares or arrange for new parts to be sent and log in. You’ll also deliver timely notifications and assignments to appropriate field representatives, logging any new issues on the ticket system and raising any potential issues. You will also perform root cause analyses and generates reports


First and foremost, you are an experienced Service Desk IT Technician with extensive experience supporting computer hardware, software, networking, and techniques. You’ve a background in providing strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-through tasks. Ideally, you’ve had exposure to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Operating Systems, VPN, web browsers, Knowledge Management Systems, and IT Service Management Tools You’re comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
