Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer who enjoys working in a multi skilled role?

Do you enjoy medium to heavy engineering environments?

The basics:

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am – 5pm and 2pm-10pm rotating

Location: Heanor

Salary: £29,000 + OT earning of £36,000 and upwards

Benefits: Pension Scheme, Death in service - Annual Salary x 3, 33 days holiday


Working as part of a worldwide group within a medium to heavy engineering environment at the UK Based Manufacturing plant.

This is a hands on technical role that can offer variation - installations, projects, planned and reactive maintenance. This is not a Clean Room environment – medium to heavy engineering applications.

Essential Skills required:

*Electrical qualifications - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND or equivalents

Key responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

*Maintain, service and repair of production and manufacturing automated equipment.

The ideal candidate will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:

* Time served apprenticeship
• Keen interest in Electrical Engineering and a passion to develop
• 17th edition electrically qualified beneficial
• PLC experience for Fault Finding
• Familiar with AC/DC drives and invertors
• Educated in a relevant engineering discipline - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc
