Sales Specialist - North West (UK)

Surgical Devices (GI, Uro-Gynaecology, Endoscopy)

35-50K basic DOE (uncapped OTE plus car, healthcare and extensive pension package)

Based: North-West UK

An opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Representative based in the North-West (UK) the Surgical Technology devices market (GI, Uro-Gynaecology, Endoscopy)

The company that I am representing is a global market-leader specialising in innovative surgical devices across a number of fields. They have a reputation for providing market-leading products and services trusted within hospitals and operating rooms across the world.

The Opportunity:

I am currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales across the territory, building relationships and developing and maintaining a company presence in hospitals and operating rooms to grow future business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the surgical devices sector, preferably in sales to surgeons and theatre managers, and a good understanding of a territory sales based role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Focus on driving sales in the territory, maintaining and developing relationships with KOLS - working closely with hospitals and operating rooms
* Launch new products as well as maximise growth on the existing product portfolio
* Work closely with the regional manager to grow business across the region
* Analyzing customer and market needs to align business plans to customer objectives
* Demonstrate products and provide ongoing support and value-added solutions across customer base

Key Requirements:

* Must have proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs within a sales role
* Experience working within the surgical medical devices marketplace, and ideally within GI, Uro-Gynaecology or Endoscopy
* Understanding of surgical selling within the OR
* Strong business acumen, knowing when and how to present and close sales deals
* Must be based within the territory.
