Are you an experienced rolling stock fleet engineer who enjoys the pressure of liaising between demanding customers and the internal operations teams to ensure that their class of fleet are delivering to customer expectations?
Ford & Stanley are delighted to be working with a leading Rolling stock manufacturer who are introducing a new fleet of trains and require a confident communicator who and experienced engineer who is interested to work upon the fleet performance of new rolling stock.
This contract will likely last at least 12 months and will operate out of a London based depot.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Failure mode analysis
- Generation of technical reports
- Negotiatiing contractual train failures
- Modify and change maintenance specifications
- Provide technical support to resolve performance and maintenance issues.
The successful candidate must have at least 5 years rolling stock engineer experience with fleet performance knowledge and customer facing skills. They will be a minimum HNC/HND level qualified, ideally in an electrical discipline.
