Are you a sales person/ business development manager /registered clinician with a specialist interest in Vascular or Interventional surgery?

On behalf of our client, a global presence in vascular surgery, aortic repair, complex interventional anatomically tortuous presentations, an d other niche and standard surgery, we now seek to recruit a new member to their clinicalsales team, to work in a dualrole, as both clinical trainer and case ,manager, and sales support.

The job title is: 'Product Clinical Sales Specialist'

You will be responsible for training physicians and the company's sales representatives on the product portfolio, and helping develop business opportunities, from your position as a clinical specialist, at key customer accounts. You will work alongside the sales teams, across a number of different divisions, all within the interventional surgery space.

Within the role you will:

- Build relationships with key physician partners and key hospital accounts.
- Focus on maintaining and growing high-value and/or strategic accounts.
- Plan, coordinates, and implements clinical evaluations to ensure clinical acceptance of new products and technologies.
- Works with customers to introduce, promote, and increase usage
- Assists with the collection and dissemination of information or feedback provided by customers.
- Evaluate new products or enhancements to provide information and feedback to Product Development and Marketing departments.
- Provide product support to users either in person, or by written or verbal means.
- Alongside the Director, Training & Education, and in conjunction with Product Management, develop training curriculums and programs to improve representatives' knowledge, skill and abilities. When appropriate, to conduct assessment testing to ascertain the skill level and ability of individuals.
- May develop product training and procedural materials.
- Help develop marketing, product training and procedural materials.
- Continuously increase own knowledge of new developments within the assigned market in order to perform as a subject matter expert.
- Monitors and communicates competitive intelligence and market activity.
- Works with Regional Marketing team on clinical case studies
- Other duties as assigned by Marketing Clinical Liaison Director.
- The role has an international element to it, and you will be responsible for case coverage and KOL interface with Scandinavia as well as parts of the UK. Regions to be determined.

Summary of Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in a clinical/science subject; or business, marketing, education, or communications or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one to formal large group situations.
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision
- Available for international travel..
