We are currently seeking an experienced 3rd line support engineer with a strong technical background and excellent experience in providing IT support. The successful applicant will be working on fixing a wide range of technical issues both internally and also for external clients and managed services.

The main duties and responsibilities
- Incident management

- Resolving high level technical issues

- Progress desk tickets to the points of completion

- Managing difficult IT outages with clients

It is essential for the 3rd Line Support engineer to have:

- Strong IT support experience

- A strong understand of Microsoft server, SAN, virtualisation and networking technologies is essential

- Strong troubleshooting ability

It would also be ideal although not essential for the 3rd line support professional to have:

- CCNA /CCNP qualification

- MCSA/SCSE certified

- VMware based accreditations
