We are looking for a smart diligent individual to join us as an accounts admin to assist the Finance team. This role is a new creation to alleviate some of the administration from the other members of the team, duties will include (but by no means limited to):

  • Data entry
  • Reconciling payments
  • Producing remittances for payments
  • Filing
  • Sending invoices
  • Credit control
  • Posting supplier invoices
  • Raising purchase orders

The role will also involve other administrative duties as and when required.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to start a career in finance.

The successful candidate will be exceptionally friendly, enjoy contact with people and have fantastic negotiating skills (for both external and internal communications). Credit control requires a tenacious and positive attitude. All finance roles require excellent attention to detail and an ability to multi-task!

Must have a good standard of computer literacy (Excel, Outlook etc.) and excellent spoken and written English.

Must be confident, reliable and committed with a tenacious and innovative approach.

Previous office experience in a commercial environment is desirable, previous accounts experience is an advantage but not essential.
