Essential: 1st/2nd line support experience, Windows server, Exchange, Active Directory, configuration, troubleshooting, networks, ITIL
Desirable: Linux/Unix experience, routers, switches, firewalls, programming experience, SQL
What will I be doing?
Within this IT Support role you will be responsible for the support and maintenance across the whole business operations of the organisation. You will be working with a talented team who are proactive, forward thinking and very ambitious about their work. This organisation is going places, as they're on the brink of entering into a period of transition and a complete change process - this role is going is going to be vital in cementing their IT support to help enable them to move forward and grow.
What experience do I need?
The successful candidate will be able demonstrate considerable experience in working within both 1st and 2nd line support roles. The candidate will also be able to work confidently with the Windows server and have experience with active directory and exchange as a result. Network experience and experience with configuration and troubleshooting will be highly beneficial also as it would enable you to progress quickly to further opportunities down the line at a much quicker rate (such as lead/managerial roles, 3rd line roles.)
