Full Stack Developer - £450-£475/day - Insurance/Asset Management

Global insurance and asset management firm seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer with .Net C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, CSS, AngularJS, Windows and Web Services, and RESTful / Web API's to join a team responsible for developing their distributed, multi-site n-tier financial systems.

A full lifecycle role, you will help create high-level designs feeding into the architectural process whilst generating both technical and non-technical specifications.

You will also contribute to the future direction of the overall development landscape to continuously improve their architecture.

You will play a key role in delivering technology solutions that meet the business needs and perform Technical Lead and Developer duties across multiple Web, Windows, Mobile and thick client systems in an Agile and Scrum environment.

To apply, you need a demonstrable track record as a full stack software developer with strong .Net C#, ASP.Net, Windows & Web Services, front end skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, CSS, Web / SOAP / RESTful API's, Bootstrap, responsive design with SQL Server, Entity Framework, TFS, continuous integration, TDD / BDD (Selenium, Specflow etc) experience and possess a test-driven attitude to development.

Desirable skills include LESS, SASS, creating UML design documentation, XML, XSD, XSLT.

Any industry experience related to Portals/Intranets (particularly underwriting or claims consoles etc), Workflow, Document Management Systems, Policy Administration Systems or Messaging/Integration/ESB platforms are all beneficial.

This would suit an experienced and trustworthy full stack developer with an eye for detail who is able to assess and interpret information and requirements to produce accurate and clean code.

London Markets experience beneficial but not essential.
