The role
You will join a team that helps provide world class secure solutions for our Enterprise clients. You will be part of an 24/7 shift team monitoring security systems, managing firewalls and IPS services for both Vodafone and its customers.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Monitor security systems and investigate security events and alerts
  • Monitor Threat Intelligence
  • Monitor Managed Firewall and IPS Service
  • Raise incident tickets and liaise with customers
  • Incident tickets raised and dealt with to completion
  • Help department maintain network accreditation

About you:

  • Knowledge of cyber security
  • Ability to interpret logs and events
  • Knowledge of the following is beneficial; Firewalls, IPS, Web Proxy, Email Relay, MDM
  • Ability to hold and maintain a level of security clearance
