OEM Sales Engineer – Optical Instrumentation – Home Based/UK – SO/AH139
Salary/ Benefits: £Negotiable + 50% Bonus

I am now recruiting for a market leader in spectroscopy equipment, who is now seeking to take on a OEM Sales Engineer to facilitate continued growth.
Working from a home office, the successful candidate will generate new business, manage existing accounts, develop relationships with channel partners and attend sales meetings at my clients HQ.
Covering the EMEA region, you will focus on sales within the academic and research markets. You will interface with clients in person, answering queries, offering appropriate solutions and providing training as required.
The role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical sales person, with a background in microscopy or spectroscopy to join a world renowned business. Travel will be expected as much as 35-45% of your working time, so a wiliness to be on the travel is essential.
Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelors or Masters in a relevant scientific or engineering subject.
Strong technical knowledge of Spectroscopy and/or microscopy is desirable.
Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK.
Candidates MUST hold a full UK Driving Licence.
