Node Developer RESTful API AWS - Start-up
Node Developer (RESTful API AWS Node.js Linux Agile TDD). Opportunity for a passionate technologist to join a well funded early stage start-up within the travel eCommerce space.
As a Node Developer you’ll work closely with the two founders who are coders themselves. You’ll be responsible for developing backend web services using technologies that harness the power of the cloud and serverless computing to ensure reliability, efficiency and speed. You’ll be expected to manage your own time with flexible working hours and the ability to work from home for large parts of the week; you’ll manage your own deadlines and tasks and be a great communicator.
This Node Developer role presents an excellent opportunity to become a founding member of a venture that is set to be huge; the co-founders have a track record of success in this space and technology is the real driver.
- Strong Node.js experience with Express
- Good knowledge of AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB
- Linux OS knowledge
- Pro-active and self managing, able to take ownership and manage delivery
- Collaborative, keen to share knowledge and learn from others, contribute to the open source community
As a Node Developer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (to £55k) plus equity.
