We are a fast-growing, progressive education group seeking talented communicators to join our dynamic marketing team. Your mission will be to engage both students and business clients, inspiring increasing numbers of people to turn on to the power of learning.

Each year, thousands of students progress successfully to higher levels of study or employment, setting out on their dream career pathway. We need your creative flair to seek out and tell these success stories, spreading the word across a range of channels. Your efforts will help grow the number of businesses that use us to develop their people and get involved in shaping our learning programmes. You will produce impactful content for campaigns, news stories and websites, using a mixture of engaging copy and video. You are a confident, flexible team-player, able to handle the media and advise internal teams on their marketing and communications opportunities.

You will be skilled in building relationships at all levels and in executing marketing campaigns to a high standard. You will be experienced in internal and external communications, generating content, PR and social media, and have a track record of running successful events.

Any person offered a position will be required to complete a DBS disclosure. Activate Learning is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Salary: £22,618 - £24,704 pa
