ITAM Technical Consultant - £50,000 - £65,000 - HomeBased
Capita, the UKs Leading Business Process Outsourcer has an opportunity for an experienced ITAM Technical Consultant to join us in a homebased position.
This role is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining complimentary technologies in relation to IT Asset Management. This includes all technical aspects of project and solution delivery which may involve:
- Creation and delivery of technical solutions to address customer requirements.
- Resolving support requests in relation to delivered technical platforms.
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of Trustmarque's hosted technical platform.
This role will suit somebody who is aspirational and wants to build a career within our organisation. The role is homebased although you will need to sometimes travel to our sites.

What we are looking for;
- Experience in Microsoft Licensing and agreements including MCP accreditations.
- SAM industry standards experience in ITIL or ISO 19770
- Knowledge and / or pre-sales experience with ITAM technologies and management tools
- Technical knowledge that allows the ability to design and integrate technical solutions
- Microsoft Excel to high level (particularly pivot tables, v look ups and calculations)
- ITAM/License Management tools (Snow/Flexera)
- Web technologies such as XML, HTML, IIS
- Technical components such as: SSL, SAML/SSO, LDAP, VPN, Proxy.
- Windows Operating Systems up to and including Server 2016.
- SQL Server including database configuration and SQL Query script.
- Infrastructure as a service notably Azure.
