Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Payroll Administrator for a market leading Admin and Secretarial business based in Kingston upon Hull.

Client Details

The client is a rapidly expanding Admin and Secretarial company, offering an excellent service to businesses across the UK. Their impressive growth is owed to their professional, consistent approach with the customer at heart. The business is based in Kingston upon Hull and due to continued growth they are looking to add a payroll administrator to the payroll department.


As a Payroll Administrator, you will be reporting into the Payroll Supervisor, your duties will include, however are not limited to: Processing multiple payrolls on a weekly basis, Raising manual invoices, Dealing with queries from the customer service team/workers and clients, Completing weekly figures reports to reconcile against invoices, Processing P45's (New starters & Leavers), P46's, P11D's, Maintaining holiday accrual reports and Completing leavers reports & AWR reports on a weekly basis.

  • Have strong levels of customer service

Job Offer

Salary up to £22,000 + 21 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays) + on site parking + pension
