We have an exciting position within our Pudsey branch for a Customer Consultant who will be passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. If you like people and enjoy delivering a high quality customer experience, you’ll enjoy working within our branch as the role of Customer Consultant.

What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Consultant you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, whether you’re welcoming our customers in branch, dealing with day to day account transactions or providing information on our products and services, you’ll always deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way making sure that what we do is always in our customer’s best interests.

The Knowledge & Skills you’ll have:
  • A genuine passion to deliver a fantastic customer service.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to building strong relationships with your customers.
  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident cash handling skills.
  • Good administration & PC skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Financial Services Industry knowledge (desirable, but not essential as training will be provided).
