Accounts Assistant Job - Holborn - Large US Telecommunications Company - Excellent Company Environment
Your new company
A large US Telecommunications company based near Holborn have recently won a variety of new contracts and acquired a new provider. Due to this increased work load they have created a new Accounts Assistant job in there finance team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for an entire section of the Accounts Payable ledger and you will have complete ownership of this from start to finish. You will be processing invoices all the way through to the weekly payment runs and assisting with the purchase ledger journals. You will also look after bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments. This job will give you real autonomy and ownership over an area of the business, while working within a friendly and sociable team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in working within an accounts assistant role previously looking after the entire ledger. Experience using accounting software is essential, as is being confident with Excel. The ability to be successful and work in a high volume environment will be extremely beneficial.
