Sewell Wallis are working with a successful and demanding business in their search for an Accounts Payable Manager.

The role;

-Managing a busy team
-Improving and implementing new processes
-High volume statement reconciliations
-Dealing with and resolving all queries through to solution
-Analysis of invoice data
-Communication with off-site central team to retrieve data
-Month end reconciliations
-Quality control over transactions
-Building and maintaining external client relationships
-Recruitment and training
-Effectively managing escalations
-MI reporting and maintaining team KPI's

The person;

-Strong managerial and AP skills
-Able to thrive in a highly demanding environment
-Query resolution and ability to manage a project with minimal supervision.
-Confidence and ability to acquire information from various different sources.

The successful applicant should be a confident user of Excel, with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and a proactive and positive approach.
