Temporary Accounts Assistant with XERO
This position, Temporary Accounts Assistant with XERO, is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Retail company that have recently implemented XERO.
The role will be an ongoing temporary position and will require candidates to be immediately available to start next week.
Our client are based in the City of London and have recently migrated onto XERO.
They have grown over the last few years and as a result will be looking to take on a temporary member of staff on an ongoing basis in order to assist.
They are looking for someone to start on the 19th meaning candidates must be immediately available and happy to commit to a temporary role.
This role, Temporary Accounts Assistant with XERO, involves
- Working on XERO on a daily basis
- Assisting with the sales and purchase invoices
- Processing up to 100 invoices per week
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash allocation
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintaining the petty cash account
- Temporary role
- Paid hourly
- Based in the City of London
- Start 19th
The candidate we are looking for, Temporary Accounts Assistant with XERO, must:
1. Have experience on XERO
2. Be happy to work on a temporary basis and paid hourly
3. Be able to start 19th
