About the job:

SEN Teacher required for a specialist Centre of Excellence based on the Essex/Herts border.

Our client is a Centre for Excellence catering for learners aged from 5-25 who suffer from MLD/SLD/PMLD/ADHD/ASC and other associated complex needs.

Experience of working with students with complex and associated medical needs is essential.


The successful candidate will be required to plan and implement IEP’s accordingly. You will also be asked to collaboratively with multi-disciplinary colleagues towards delivering excellence.

QTS / QTLS / IFL Registration is essential.

The client would welcome applications from candidates who have a real strong empathy and understanding of working PMLD students.

The Client:

They are based in a rural setting on the Essex/Herts borders and are looking to appoint a suitably qualified PMLD Teacher.

QTS or QTLS qualification is essential and experience of working with SEN learners is desirable. Full training and on-going CPD is available for all staff.

All new staff members receive 5 days SEN training and a 6 month probation period with regular performance reviews. Other benefits include full, on-going CPD, Staff Discounts, additional annual leave as well as career progression.
