1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Consultant
Based on our client's site in Wigan, with occasional travel, they require a Technical Support Consultant with demonstrable experience in
- Testing, installing, troubleshooting and maintaining PC software, PC’s, printers, IP telephones, mobile devices, network devices and peripherals.
- 1st, 2nd and ideally some 3rd line help desk support.
- Administering IT User accounts and mailboxes
- Management of third party support contractors and suppliers.
- Build PC’s to a standard specification.
- Help Desk statistics.
- Server / data backups
You will be a self-starter with strong inter-personal and communication skills.
A salary of £22,000 - £25,000 plus benefits is available for the right candidate
