We are currently seeking a people orientated Team Manager to join our office in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The main purpose of this role is to encourage, coach, develop and manage a team of Admin Assistants on a daily basis. Within this role your main responsibilities will include managing, motivating and developing your team, ensuring that team and individual targets are achieved and ensuring workload and staffing levels are planned accordingly. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company procedures, investigate process improvements and potential cost savings and be involved with projects as required.
The successful candidate will be from a Financial Services background and have a proven track record as a Team Manager. It is essential that you have the ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop the Team members on a daily basis in order to improve skills across your team. A strong communicator, you will be confident when dealing with people at all levels and be approachable, friendly with assertiveness skills when required.
