A SuccessFactors Business Analyst is required at a Large Media Client in Salford for an initial 6 months contract.

The client is seeking a SuccessFactors Implementation Support to work on the implementation of the SuccessFactors applications. This person will be the bridge between the technical developers and the business who are responsible for setting the requirements. The resource is a functional analyst with at least 3 years of SuccessFactors implementation and configuration experience.

SuccessFactors in the future product of SAP, a cloud-base HCM which comes in individual models so for this role they will need someone with experience in the Learning, PM, GM, Succession and Calibration modules.

This person will need to understand the configuration of these modules, how to upload and build the system. The client will be moving onto the SuccessFactors product so the role will involve a lot of retrofitting.

They will need to have a strong background in testing as they will be responsible for running workshops and completing system testing.
This person will need to be a strong lead that can work with a lot of autonomy and initiative with the ability to spot problems and rectify them quickly.
Looking for an agile business analyst with a passion for taking audience-facing digital products through the full development cycle, from idea generation to delivery. The ideal candidate would have:

• Understanding of Agile (particularly Scrum) software development methodologies.
• Ability to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component parts and be able to explore and evaluate them systematically.
• Understanding of APIs (e.g. RESTful), microservices architecture and cloud computing
• Quickly understands business issues and technical challenges on a project.
• Understand the Product Management Lifecycle / Process.
• Understands the role of the BA in supporting delivery of features on agile projects.
• Takes input from supervisor and is able to then run with the task without much further guidance (work autonomously).
• Can work collaboratively with stakeholders and stay open to ideas/suggestions.
• Understanding of relevant technologies, especially online application projects.
• High degree of internet and computer literacy.
• Able to effectively manage expectations of stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Can effectively present options and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Can work proactively to resolve project issues and mitigate project risks.
• Can interpret basic data models.


This role is inside IR35.
