Your new role

Due to internal progression, they are looking to appoint a new Finance Manager for a key contract, In this customer-facing position you would be responsible for the weekly/monthly management accounts on an open book contract, customer reporting, weekly forecasting, quick's report and balance sheet, whilst managing and developing a team of four finance staff that are responsible for payroll, purchase ledger, sales ledger and financial analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal person for this position will have a number of recent years' experience working in a role of similar stance where you are responsible for management accounting. Staff management experience is essential along with advanced MS Excel capabilities and confidence in pivot tables and v-look ups. Experience working in an operational industry is a must, ideally in the distribution sector. Confident interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience is also key.
