Key Areas of Responsibility

  • You will support the Head of Brand Partner Marketing in developing a strong communication plan and build robust, commercially valuable relationships with our brand partners.
  • Working with the Head of Brand Partner Marketing to ensure that we build strong relationships with our top 100 Brand Partners proactively ensuring that they are well informed and up to date on all areas of marketing and promotional campaigns also exploring new opportunities
  • Working alongside the Leasing and Retail teams to ensure that there is alignment of key/target brands that should have the relationship focus
  • To work with the Head Office and 24 Centre based Marketing Teams to agree which projects require or can leverage joint brand activity
  • To work with the Digital Team for all key brand partner related digital communication
  • To organize and coordinate marketing activities and events with the Top Brand Partners, cascading the information to the Marketing Teams in the regions and curating the execution of the activities in the 23 McArthurGlen Designer Outlets in Europe
  • To ensure that high quality materials/presentations are developed to be shared with our top Brand Partners promoting consumer marketing activity that we would like them to partake in
  • To develop reporting document tools detailing joint activity with our top brand partners and the integration of that activity within our centre marketing calendars
  • To ensure that there is alignment with the Centre marketing/retail teams when they are working with Brands directly for centre specific marketing activity
  • To ensure, along with the Head Office and Centre based marketing teams, that reporting takes place with our brand partners on the performance of joint activity

Your Profile

  • The ideal candidate will have Experience in Brand Marketing, Digital and Communication within a retail / consumer facing business
  • CIM qualification if not marketing degree
  • Retail, designer brand, agency or shopping centre experience desirable
  • Understand the importance of corporate identity and consistency of approach
  • Experience delivering marketing campaigns / activities
  • Be flexible with your approach with the ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • You have excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Your communication skills are excellent, both verbally and written
  • Experience managing external suppliers
  • IT skills: intermediate Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Project management skills
  • Relationship Management
