On-boarding Compliance Team Leader – Up to £50,000!!

Our client is a leading brand in money transfer and foreign exchange that have been running for over 15 years! They deal with customers around the world and are a growing company.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic On-boarding Compliance team leader to help grow their team!
You will be in charge of managing your team to make sure that all processes are running smoothly. Your role as team leader will involve assisting your team with daily on-boarding activities, recruiting and training staff and overseeing individual performance of every team member. You will also work closely with on-boarding managers and other teams within the business to implement change and any new procedures. Alongside that, it will be your job to communicate with clients about compliance and on-boarding and assisting them with any queries.
To be a successful candidate, you will have a degree in either Finance, Legal or a business related subject and 3-5 years’ experience of relevant industry compliance. Ideally, you will have an AML & CTF Management diploma. As well as that, you will be understand how to create a generic end-to-end client on-boarding and KYC process flow and have a strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations.
You will also have fantastic leadership skills with the ability to pay strong attention to detail. A successful candidate will also have professional approach to customer care and attention.
