Credit Controller / Liverpool City Centre/ Permanent / £18,000- £21,000
NC Associates are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join our client who are a leading and established Financial organisation in Liverpool City Centre. This is a permanent position where you will be joining a high performing and friendly credit control team.
- Manage your own credit control ledger of professional clients
- Develop an effective relationship with your client list ensuring the highest level of customer service and professional communication
- Work with your clients to understand and identify a solution
- Able to assess clients and effectively set credit limits
- Review and able to make recommendations to clients
Essential Experience Required
- Previous credit control / customer service experience is essential
- Strong communications skills
- Awareness of money laundering and managing risk / financial management would be desirable
- Good keyboard skills
