They would consider a Pegasus Opera Support Consultant who would like to work from home, although they would prefer you to be office based as the other Opera Support Consultant works from home, but they are very flexible. Starting salary to £30k with regular reviews.
This is a small, perfectly formed software reseller with around a dozen staff, and a 20 year track record in supplying ERP and Accounting software solutions. They are a very friendly and close-knit team, with long term employees, in fact the position is available because one of their two Pegasus Opera Support Consultants is retiring after many years' service with the business.
They are a solid, straight reliable software consultancy, clients trust them to deliver up to date Opera solutions that work, and without risk. They are a great bunch of people to work with and you will learn a lot here. There are opportunities for the role to grow into implementation, consulting and training if that's where you would like to go.
They need a competent Pegasus Opera Support specialist with experience of providing practical assistance and advice to system users via telephone, email and remote software tools. Experience of Pegasus Opera support is crucial, either working for a reseller or working in support at an end user site. Thy have 100 Pegasus Opera clients and you will be answering support calls and email queries and providing resolution to their software problems. You will be logging and tracking your calls, escalating problems where necessary and building strong and lasting relationships with your customers.
You will enjoy communicating with people, analysing problems and finding solutions, and are an enthusiastic, positive and can-do person who always aims to give your clients the best service. You will be supporting Pegasus Opera 2, Opera 3 and XRL.
