The school want to meet a calm and experienced SENCO with Early Years specialism to work in their nursery with 200 pupils. You should have the capability to work effectively with parents from a range of different backgrounds and show your passion for learning, through exciting lesson plans and delivery. You will be able to empathise with you students, gain their trust and guide them appropriately. You should have not only the knowledge but also the drive and passion to implement effective SEN practice across the school .

As a SENCO with Early Years specialism at this school you will be ensuring special education needs teaching and safeguarding are working effectively and you will be teaching as part of a caring staff team.
