Software Support Analyst

An experienced Software Support Analyst is required to join a team providing software application support.

Hours covered 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £25,000 to £27,500

A successful, high profile company in the enterprise software sector is now seeking to recruit an experienced Software Support Analyst to work from offices in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Based on the UK Service Desk, you will be required to professionally and efficiently handle support requests, ensuring those requests are monitored & resolved within agreed Service and Operational Levels. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support and liaise with the Development Team regarding 3rd Line support.

You should have at least 2 years commercial experience in a similar role and have extensive technical knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, VMWare, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Desktop Support, PC Support, Network Support.

The role will suit individuals currently working as a Software Applications Support Analyst, Helpdesk, Service Desk Engineer, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Software Support and living within a commutable distance of Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby, Market Harborough, Northamptonshire or willing to relocate
