A leading financial services PLC is seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join their Legal and Co Sec team reporting to the Assistant Company Secretary.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience working in a company secretarial capacity within financial services, ideally Part Qualified. Experience in share scheme administration is essential to be considered for this role and will need to be evident in your CV.
