Accounts Office Administrator

We are retained by this lovely family run business who are seeking an Accounts Office / Administrator to join this friendly team. The role will be “temp to perm”, so you must be available to start straight away.

The temping side will run for approx. 4 / 6 weeks before going into a permanent role. Previous experience working as an Accounts / Office Administrator/ will be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business with the following tasks:


 Answering the phones
 Filing and general administration
 Receiving and answering email queries
Document control (full training provided)
Keeping records and spreadsheets up to date (Excel is key)
Dealing with the post
Assisting with sales and purchase ledger and entering of data
 Booking in and out of goods
 Figure work

Skills required:

 Word & Excel
 Numerate
 Good grammar
 Friendly and approachable
 Good telephone manner

 Hours & Salary Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
 £20,000-23,000 + 20 days holiday.
 The role is based in Sw19.
