Excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a successful retailer based in North Bradford.
Our Client are a successful retail business who are looking for Accounts Assistant to support the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Banking functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, however not limited to; processing purchase invoices, matching invoices with delivery notes, processing sales ledger invoices, chasing overdue debts, dealing with adhoc accounting emails, managing cash books and posting receipts, processing payments, bank reconciliations, assist with weekly payroll and other adhoc finance duties as required by the Financial Controller.
The successful candidate will have;
Experience working within a similar position
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Good general maths skills
The ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience with Sage 50 Accounts
Experience in Payroll
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V Lookups
£18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
Working hours are 30-39 hours per week
Working hours -
Monday-Thursday - 7.30am-5pm
Friday - 7am-1pm
