Electrical Build Team Supervisor
- Reporting to the Manufacturing and Logistics Manager.

- Minimum of 10yrs experience in an automation build environment

- Responsible for the efficient operation of the electrical builds and site installations

- Working hrs 7:30am – 4:30pm Mon – Thurs, 7:30am – 12:30pm Friday with additional hrs as are required from time to time to meet work levels.

- Minimum 5 years experience in both panel building, field wiring and site installation of automation equipment.

- Efficiently undertake panel builds neatly and correctly from E-Plan and Autocad electrical work instructions to agreed timing plans.

- Efficiently undertake machine field wiring neatly, correctly from E-Plan and Autocad electrical work instructions to agreed timing plans.

- Able to work in a tidy and methodical manner – evidence of this though not imperative, would be an advantage, i.e pictures of panel builds completed whilst ensuring that the build team also works in a tidy manner both in the factory and on site.

- Assist in the planning and undertaking of site installations both locally and at distance which may require prolonged periods away from home on sites.

- Attend in house and site project progress meetings to provide feedback on builds and initiate any resultant actions relating to the same.

- Effectively manage the build team both in the factory and on site to ensure that systems are built in the time scales required utilising the team resources to best effect.

- Be able to effectively liaise with site personnel incl customer representatives when required.

- Lead site activities and team on customer premises when required.

- Prepared to work unsociable overtime hours when required to complete assignments.

- Participate in and contribute to local daily team and project review meetings.

- Contribute to Continuous Improvement Activities in the work place.

- Actively mentor Apprentices to ensure that they are assisted in their learning process
- Ensure that the correct stock levels of agreed parts is maintained at all times

- Must have a can do attitude, be a flexible, self-starter who has excellent attention to detail.

- Maintain the company’s systems in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.

- Promote the company’s profile, facilities and expertise at all opportunities
