Kinetic Industrial are looking to recruit for one of our long-standing clients based in Irlam. This position is a Permanent Administrator working within their sales and orders department.

Due to some company restructure, they are looking to strengthen the level of service provided to their customers.

As the Administrator you will be:
•Placing orders received on the system
•Arranging, implementing and updating spreadsheets
•Assist with placing stock orders, expediting and booking in for delivery
•General admin support for the office
•Confirming Purchase Orders and Sales Orders on receipt
•Speaking to a variety of suppliers and customers
•Being responsible for queries with orders – internal and external

The successful candidate should have:
•Background and working knowledge in an FMCG environment
•Ability to prioritise work load
•Attention to detail is paramount
•Excellent administration skills
•Computer literate
•Able to work on own initiative whilst also as part of a team.
•Able to communicate with people at all levels

You will benefit from:
•£18000 – £19000 per annum
•Full Time Permanent Position
•Hours of work are 8.30 am – 4.45 pm
•31 Days Annual holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
