Our Asset Management team provide a range of professional services to ensure our properties throughout Sussex and Hampshire are maintained to high standards and we provide quality homes that are both safe and comfortable for our residents to live in.

It is essential we have a series of planned servicing, maintenance and improvement programmes in place to deliver the mechanical works required regarding commercial plant, heating, lifts, foul and surface water systems, legionella and plumbing to ensure Saxon Weald complies with the standards required.

You will have a relevant technical degree or HND and relevant work experience to enable you to make a real contribution in meeting the demands of the organisation, internal and external customers, our tenants and our legal obligations.
