My client a Software company based in Central London is seeking a confident and experienced Office Manager/ Operations Manager to join their hardworking team ASAP. You MUST have previous Office Manager/Operations experience.

Duties include but are not exhaustive of;

* Overseeing the appearance of the office and its' facilities
* Provide administrative support
* Chase team for timesheets, expenses, letters and other documentations etc
* Handle correspondence - production of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
* Monitor and order office supplies - stationery, printers, kitchen etc
* Provide finance team with information for financial reports
* Book travel for staff members
* Manage meeting rooms and meet and greet visitors
* Diary management
* Coordinator internal and external company events
* Planning and controlling change
* Managing quality assurance programmes
* Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
* Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
* Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout

Key attributes/skills to be considered;

* Confident and calm demeanour
* Pro-active
* Experienced Office Manager/Operations
* Previous/current experience
* Intermediate on MS Word and Excel
