Office Administrator - The Company:
Our client, a highly successful business that has built a remarkable reputation for quality and service through hard work and solid business ethics are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team based in Leicester.

Office Administrator - The Opportunity:
You will work closely with all sales staff and field engineers, managing the diary system for all UK appointments. You will also act as a gate keeper identifying any potential issues and addressing them.
You will ring clients to arrange appointments as and when directed by the sales team and confirm appointments by specified correspondence.
You will maintain the diary system, establishing a reliable review schedule for all clients and prepare simple suitable correspondence.
Build and maintain the client data base through input of all client fact finds data, ensuring that all case administration is completed including collation of paperwork and business submission.
Sort all incoming emails and calls and deal with standard correspondence for senior stakeholders, sales and engineering teams.

Office Administrator - About you:
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. (Excel essential)
• Data base and client management.
• Strong communication - Written & verbally.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to prioritise and work under own initiative making decisions and resolve issues.
• Ability to build a strong working rapport with Clients and colleagues.
