We are working with an education provider in the West Midlands who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer (Operational & BTEC) to join their engineering training team on a full-time and permanent basis.

The job role would consist of you training their Engineering learners about the business and management side of engineering, taking from your experience of working in an Operational Management role within the industry. Also, you would need to do some teaching on theoretical BTEC modules such as Mechanical Principles. They would need you to deliver up to a maximum of HNC/HND/Foundation Degree level, and all of the delivery would take place at their engineering training centre in the West Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position at a longstanding and reputable training and education provider, who have a specialism in engineering skills. it is a full-time role, with general hours from 8am to 4:30pm. In general you would get to leave early on Fridays as well, as the centre closes at 1pm.

The starting salary for this position will be between £28,000 and £34,000 per annum, which would also include a contributory pension, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 4 Mechanical Engineering qualification (or higher)
-Some industry experience of an Operational Management role
