RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive OEM Client, whom are currently looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join their expanding team within Marketing & Sales Operations.

Position Description:

We are in a very exciting time within the FoE Digital team.

We have some critical and game changing projects underway of which further developing the customer experience at dealer level is one of them.

Our goal is to transition towards a digital organisation that is truly focused on customer experience and ensuring we meet our customer and brand expectation at all times.

This reports into the CX Manager for Europe and compliments our Tier 1 CX Manager who is primarily responsible for the roll out of our new Adobe Platform and national websites.

Furthermore, this role also supports our Dealer Website & Content Manager who is responsible for the management of our digital dealer footprint across Europe.

Over the next 6months and beyond our goal is to make some tangible steps on customer experience, be laser focused on the customer and pivot to a truly `Digital First` approach within FoE.

This role requires us to focus on 5 key areas as we develop our Tier 3 CX approach:

1) Experience - Put the customer first in everything thing we do and every decision we make to ensure we make our customer’s lives easier and better.

2) Data - How do we track and analyse the entire customer journey? What insights can we gain from the tools and programs we are putting in place?

3) Content - What content should we be creating to ensure we drive our customers through the purchase journey?

4) Collaboration - How do we better collaborate internally, with our markets and dealer networks to ensure we are truly maximising the programs we are putting in place?

5) Efficiency - How do we drive better time, money and resource efficiency in the digital tools, content and programs we are putting in place?

Skills Required:

Be inquisitive, develop key hypotheses, always keep on an eye on competition and develop best in class digital solutions.

Work with external and internal stakeholders to deliver best in class digital solution at tier 3 (dealer) level.

Demonstrate a Customer First mind-set with the ability to review programs from all viewpoints to understand weaknesses / enhancements.

Outstanding Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver complex programmes on time against deadlines.

Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities, with the flexibility to achieve required objectives.

Put digital analytics at the heart of key decision making.

Self-starter, energetic and pro-active approach with a record of demonstrating initiative and working independently to a high quality.

Strong communicator that has the ability to develop solid relationships cross-functionally, and is comfortable with interfacing at all levels of the company.

Microsoft Office skills are required.

Skills Preferred:

Adobe Enterprise Solutions, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Digital Tagging, Content Management Systems, APIs or Data Integration and Analysis.

Experience Required:

Must have prior experience working within a digital marketing team/function.

Strong focus on digital customer experience, including UX, content, site and component development.

Experience of managing budgets and finance.

Experience Preferred:

Agency management, Digital Development, Understanding of Digital Project Management.

Marketing Degree.

Hours: 37.5 pw

Rate: £23.00 per hour limited company rate

Eligibility: Due to working on behalf of our Client, unfortunately if you require sponsorship for a visa to work in the UK your application will be automatically declined. These are long term rolling contracts.
