A phenomenal opportunity has become available at an IVD manufacturing business based in the West Midlands for an Audit Team Manager. The company is in an outstanding position where they are able to invest heavily in the research, development, and expansion of its production and commercial capabilities. They have visionary plans to repeat the amazing revenue they have achieved over the last 5 years all over again and are continuing to make sure that they are at the forefront of research & development in their sector. The continued growth of this business means that there are constant opportunities for growth and development for its employees, even moving internationally.
As Audit Team Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the internal and external audit process. This will also include you making sure that all QMS and regulatory requirements are met within this process. The audit schedule will need to be organised by yourself. You will be line manager to the audit team manager and will be in charge of individual and team development programmes. You will also need to highlight non-conformances and carry out CAPA.

Key Experience required includes:

- Internal and External audit experience (ISO 13485)
- Previous man management experience
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/ QA environment
