My client is looking for an experienced travel customer service agent.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a busy travel agency so the successful candidate must have the ability to cope with a sometimes pressurised environment.
The Customer Service agent will deal with customers efficiently over the phone, so an excellent telephone manner is required.

The successful applicant will be required to deal with a number of Charter Travels daily duties to include post, both in-coming and out-going telephone calls, filing, answering the telephone, dealing with clients queries, chasing late payments, sending out client invoices and tickets, checking invoices from suppliers, answering clients emails and letters and running statistics collected on our in-house system.

Telesales/call centre experience essential

Experience in the travel industry
