Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking applications for a Field Services Coordinator for our client in east Belfast.

The successful candidate will work 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours). The rate of pay will be between £8.97 and £9.74 per hour.

Our client has advised us that they will be taking the Field Services Coordinator in on a temporary basis for several months with a view to becoming permanent.

Duties will include:

* Coordinating all activities for your customers, using your time management skills to prioritise and ensure accurate completion of all works
* Work with your allocated Field Support Operational Managers to provide a streamlined process and enable them to focus on value added activity
* The preparation and monitoring of contracts, planners, forecasts working with your stakeholders to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness
* Maintaining records in sufficient detail to enable an accurate account of contract history
* Liaison with customers, suppliers, contractors, engineering and other internal departments
* Be an enabler for quality communication, supporting and managing targets and deliverables
* To process invoices in a timely, accurate manner, adding detailed customer references/notes
* To process orders onto SAP and arrange delivery to site by liaising with suppliers and customers
* To approve engineers time sheets in accordance with the despatch console

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence, highly proficient with CRM systems and MS Office. Sap experience is desirable.
