New Product Operations Manager

New product operations are pivotal to the fast-paced development and launch of our seating products. If you are a naturally driven leader and facilitator who thrives in an ambiguous environment with experience in New Product Introduction, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Development or Product Roadmap Implementations we would love to hear from you!

Reporting into the Operations Director, the New Product Operations Manager will lead the New Product Operations Team and act as the primary interface across the business to support the product development programme. As the owner of the product development within Operations, either through direct involvement and/or influence, you will ensure the successful launch of new products towards meeting their stated Cost, Quality, Schedule, Availability and Customer Experience

To be successful in this position you will have/be;
  • Significant industry experience in one or the following areas; Product Roadmap implementation / New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations / Product Development.
  • Previous experience of working with both UK and off-shore manufacturers to include regular travel for site visits.
  • The ability to operate in a fast paced, interrupt-driven environment with a data, detail driven and action-orientated approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill with an enthusiastic and naturally motivated approach.
  • Exceptional relationship building and influencing skill with a passion for providing leadership and support to all Acro colleagues cross functionally.
  • Experience in integrating Operational challenges (cost, quality, cycle time, capability, capacity, etc) into product roadmap planning.
  • BS or MS Engineering degree
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese a high advantage but not essential.
