My clientis a leading multinational developer, manufacturer and marketer of innovative, life-enhancing medical technologies in the fields of vascular, urology, oncology and surgical specialty products, employing close to 14,000 people around the world.

My client is looking for a Registered Nurse to take on the role of a Nurse Advisor at the Lancing office.


This Nurse Advisor role is based in Customer Service department. The Nurse Advisor will speak directly to health care professionals and to patients who are seeking advice on the selection and use of products for incontinence.

Following up with patients recently prescribed ISC to ensure confidence and assist with challenges.Recommend alternative products where necessary during product unavailability situations. Assisting Script-easy team with queries, handling escalated calls. .


- To answer calls to the HCP & Nurse Advice line and respond to requests for telephone advice received via the Script-easy prescription dispensing service. To provide clinical telephone support to assist those users of the urological products and their carers including health care professionals.

- Maintain accurate records of all calls and the advice given.

- Liaise with the nursing team to provide appropriate support for patients in their own homes, when required. Follow up with patients following Nurse visit to ensure ISC going well.

- Keep up to date with current healthcare issues relevant to continence care and maintain an up to date knowledge of both the clients' continence care products and those from other companies.

- Attend appropriate educational courses and updates in accordance with NMC registration regulations.

- Provide product training to CS team member.


- Qualified RGN with current NMC registration.
- Knowledge and experience of urinary continence management and urology products.
- Strong Customer Service attitude
- Excellent telephone manner, exceptional communication skills and the ability to emphasise and build a relationship of trust with callers.
- Familiarity with the principles and practice of Information Governance, supported by training certification.
- Membership of a professional organisation such as ACA, BAUN or RCN would be advantageous
