You likely be early on in your sales career, 2/3 years and enjoy a consultative / relationship based sales process. The sales process can be long so longevity in your relationship management is key.You maybe ODP trained looking for that first commercial step into Sales. It's important that there is a level of clinical competence / experience in IV or Anaesthesia.

We would ideally like a sales head comfortable with IVmanagement, that said this company believes in talent as a whole, they have the experience and passion for developing raw clinical talent. We are open to successful sales people from other walks of Healthcareas long as they have a stable & consistent track record of performance.

This role will be for a TMSouth / Central London.Therole is clinically & commercially focused, a huge element of internal collaboration and internalnegotiation. You will either be skilled in or enjoyworking a nurse led market. You will have great leadership withclear objectives and a vision for the individual to shape.

The leadership team are visible, supportive ready to support you on your career growth. You will be stretched, you will grow professionally and personally and have a great time doing it.
