Our client is a leading innovative manufacturer of a wide range of medical devices, they boast a turnover of approximately half a billion, employ over 3,000 staff across major locations world-wide. This is a fantastic brand that are well respected in their market and provide exceptional investment and development for their employees.

The role will report in to the Regional Sales Manager and involves management of key accounts within the region, besides developing new accounts within the North-East & Yorkshire region.

Key responsibilities:

- Effectively managing senior relationships within the NHS and Private hospital groups
- Liaising with theatre, Critical Care/ICU staff to promote products
- Building and developing long term relationships with senior members of the NHS and KOL's
- Demonstrating and presenting key clinical evidence behind the products and effectively selling the benefits and cost savings within customer groups
- Providing sales forecasting to senior management team
- Attending all industry relevant conferences and exhibitions

The successful candidate will be a part of a highly successful sales team in the UK, managing several major trusts within the North West working with a range clinicians, anaesthetists, consultants, surgeons and procurement to further develop the relationships and naturally grow the accounts.

The organisation provides exceptional commercial sales and clinical training from top industry professionals whilst being provided a highly structured development plan to progress within the organisation combined with a very high, achievable commission structure.

We are looking for the following attributes:

- Extensive Medical Sales experienced within secondary care
- Proven track record within medical device sales
- Previous experience within theatre or critical care setting
- Drive and determination to succeed

The company offer a competitive basic salary, great potential bonus earnings of over £20k per annum as well as a comprehensive benefits package including company car, phone, laptop and healthcare.
