IQVIA are seeking an expert in creating immersive & engaging event experiences!

Live events can be engaging, immersive experiences that excite attendees, promote learning, and solve problems. They can also be really boring, dry, full-day, sit in a chair sessions that are ineffective and attendees abhor. Our team works to prevent the latter!

Event Producers at IQVIA, have the enjoyable, and always challenging job, of preventing boring meetings and events. We create physical environments that are unexpected, incorporate the latest research on adult learning principles, use technology to inspire and engage, and get our clients and attendees on board with bold ideas.

Reporting to the Director of Events, as Event Producer, you will be fundamental to the successful design and delivery of clinical events.

IQVIA has a unique events structure. We have an event logistics team that works exclusively on event logistics. That is not this job/team. We also have an event content design and production division. This job sits in that team. Our team works in three key areas:

- Designing event agendas and activities to stimulate learning at clinical trial trainings.
- You need to have experience and passion for creating immersive learning experiences at live events.
- Health care experience is wonderful but not required. Understanding of the compliance constraints within the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
- You must be comfortable getting clients and attendees on board with bold new ideas. You will hold a key role in client liaison and communications as Subject Matter Expert.
- Assisting with timeline management during the planning period to ensure all of the "project management" happens.
- You need to be a skilled multitasker with excellent attention to detail.
- Facilitating events onsite and "producing" clinical trial trainings.
- You need to have onstage meeting facilitation experience for small to medium size meetings. This includes housekeeping, speaker intros, activity transitions, and facilitation/orchestration of workshops.
- Don't have that experience? At a minimum you need excellent public speaking skills and "polish" in this high-profile, client facing role.

This role will require frequent global travel to produce and facilitate events onsite. Travel may be as frequent as two or more weeks per month during peak seasons.

Further, this team member will work continuously with partners and colleagues all over the world. You will need a strong appreciation for global business and you will continually seek new ways to enhance our global trainings - staying in tune to local customs and attendee preferences in various regions and those who can speak an additional European language will have a distinct advantage.

This position could suit those with experience within CRA, Clinical Project Management or Clinical Lead positions.

Required capabilities and experience:

Demonstrable toolkit of ideas for designing meeting programmes and concepts

Proven client handling skills and experience pitching new ideas to clients

Meeting facilitation experience/comfort and experience with public speaking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
