Key Account / Strategic Account role.A hybrid role with a primary focus on the strategic level engagement to drive the numbers on the ground. You need to be a patient and innovative sales person in this market.

Working one of the very biggest healthcare companies in the world your development and succession plan is vast.

You will workacross both primary and acute care. The primary goalis disruptive, influence the patient journey to achieve a better outcomes. The sales process will involve redesigning the service, patient pathway and the delivering the solution.You will work in the commercial / financial strategy whilst working closely with and throughinnovators in the Acute / STP / CCG. This will involve huge amounts of multi stakeholder management. The Acute market is more displacement, developing the opportunity with a more traditional sales process.

These are great roles, They work across both commercial and clinical functions, acute and community. As such this role needs diligent and thorough sales professional, clinically very strong and commercially very astute. You will have a solid track record in performance and be able to demonstrate and qualify a history in Healthcare / Device Sales.

Experience and networks in diagnosticwould be useful. We will be seeking proof of actual success in commercial wins and general business/ commercialmanagement.

This market and company is superb, it needs great tenacity and personal strength. Drive, ambition with a 100% winning mentality is key. You will ideally live along the M5 Route.

Key criteria would be..

- Truly driven by results

- Complete understanding, experience in the community and acute based healthcare and procuring systems

- Tenured and experienced in medical sales with over 3 years success

- Diagnosticwould be nice but not a 'must have' this can be taught.

- An understanding of the NHS now and in the future

- An evidenced based over achiever a must you must be able to demonstrate examples of going the extra mile & delivering excellence in customer care.

- Must be resilient with superb relationship building skills and the ability to form relationships at speed.

- Exceptional at communicating at every level, under pressure and in a competitive market.

- Must love the game of sales, be a winner and wholly sincere.

- Fun, transparent a team player and be passionate, and engaged in life. Great communication skills, academically bright with intellectual horsepower and a thirst for learning.
